Our story
Our story
Having meaningful human relationships is the key to our mental health. However, in today's world where we're constantly connected 24/7, it's becoming harder to build those relationships.
Our mental health is becoming a real concern due to loneliness and social isolation. Despite being connected online all the time, we're actually living in the loneliest era ever in human history. We all know shopping online or endlessly scrolling through social media won't bring us feel better.
What really makes us happy is feeling like we belong and having people around us who understand us. And we have a unique approach for that: group journaling.
Group journaling has been used for over 100 years in Japan to help people form close bonds. It's still being used today to strengthen family relationships, improve connections with others, and foster friendships.
It's a safe place where we can express ourselves, reflect on our thoughts, and sometimes let the people we care about know that we're not doing okay.
At Waffle, we are committed to end this loneliness and social isolation and bring back genuine human bonding to us.
